Project Description
Kobayashi Online designed and developed Futurestate IT as a WordPress site that can be easily modified including site text, sidebars and images, all through a friendly interface and without any programming language knowledge. The site administrator can even change the image and text shown in the dynamic jQuery slider on the homepage.
Futurestate IT also features different levels of access. New users can easily register on FuturestateIT for approval by site administrators. Registered users can then access exclusive pages and files that would otherwise be restricted.
Editors of the site can decide what pages are public-facing and which ones are restricted to registered users. This is done using the User Access Manager plugin, which helps manage the access to your posts, pages, categories and files.
The site also has an online newsroom where editors can publish press releases, news articles and events. Posted material is archived by date and by category. There is also a global RSS channel and individual RSS feeds for various newsroom content.
